Issue Description: Fixture is Resetting over and over. This is usually due to the following factors.
1. Fixture is being used in 26 or 46 channel mode.
2. The manual states that Fader 5 is Reset and Fader 6 is Master Dimmer
3. The Firmware on the MystACL Z is programmed in reverse and 5 and 6 are reversed.
3. The user believes that they have master dimmer all the way up but they actually have the reset function triggered.
Resolution:
One way to solve is to explain to the customer that they can reverse these faders in the programming if the fixtures are individually addressed.
If the fixtures are NOT separately addressed then they can be sent in to flash the corrected firmware on to the fixture. Please see pictures and videos attached for procedure.
One note is that the Software Info in the Menu structure will display Ver. 1.11 for both firmwares. This can not be used to determine if the issue is present. Only activating the faders in Extended (26ch) or P-Map (46ch) mode will show the issue.
