May not fully fix issue: But if costumer calls about the fixture not turning on: Make sure Fixture set to EXT (External), if using the True 1 Cable to power fixture.
If they have the battery bank/hard wired to grid: set it to INT (Interior)
Switching is done on the back of fixture, red switch, near the bracket.
